Can I use NairaMove with real money today?

Not yet. This is a product preview using test funds. The approved account provider, funds model and protections will be published before live onboarding opens.

What does it cost?

The local test workspace uses a zero-fee simulation plan. Commercial payment and payout fees are still being reviewed and will be published before launch.

Can I add money with a card?

Card payments are not enabled in the merchant preview. The current checkout confirms payments from a synthetic NairaMove wallet.

How much can I send?

Live account tiers and limits will be published with the approved account terms. The test workspace enforces its configured wallet balance and daily limits.

What if I send to the wrong person?

Check the recipient and amount before confirming. If something goes wrong, keep the payment reference and report it through Help. Merchant refunds link to the original payment; a complaint does not guarantee a refund. Our Support & complaints page explains the process.
