NairaMove currently operates with test funds. These pages describe the service available today. See availability.
1.Business access
These terms supplement the Terms of use when you use NairaMove for a business. The current merchant workspace is for test activity. Approval of a test application does not grant live payment acceptance or establish a regulated merchant account.
Registration information must describe the business and the representative’s authority accurately, subject to the synthetic-document instructions for testing. Keep contact details current and respond to review requests through the workspace.
2.Your staff and permissions
Invite only people authorised to act for the business. Assign the minimum access they need and remove access when responsibilities change or someone leaves. Each person should use their own credentials.
An owner, manager or cashier role does not grant access to NairaMove’s Operations console. Operations staff have separate permissions. An action requiring an independent reviewer cannot be self-approved through another business role.
3.Sales and customer information
You remain responsible for the goods or services you describe, their legality, delivery and the promises you make to customers. NairaMove’s payment tools do not make LOGAXP the seller of your goods.
Use customer details only for the relevant transaction, service and permitted communications. Provide any notices required for your own processing. Do not upload contact lists without a lawful basis or put sensitive identity information in a payment note.
4.Payment links, refunds and disputes
Keep payment descriptions and amounts clear. Verify payment status in the application before treating a transaction as complete. A screenshot, email or customer claim alone is not confirmation.
Handle customer complaints fairly, retain relevant evidence and follow the deadline shown on a case. Refunds refer to the original payment and remain subject to permissions, available funds and applicable checks. Creating a link does not guarantee that it will be paid.
5.Bank details, holds and payouts
Use the bank-account review workflow when adding or changing a payout destination. Bank verification, business approval and payout approval are separate checks. A verified account is not a promise of immediate payout.
Test payouts can remain pending or reserved while an outcome is uncertain. Holds and releases require the applicable review and audit trail. The test workspace does not send a transfer to a real bank.
6.Fees, restrictions and ending access
See Fees & limits for current test charges. No live merchant pricing or settlement timetable is established by these terms.
New acceptance or payout requests may be restricted during an application review, security investigation or closure. Outstanding complaints and obligations can remain open. Use workspace support to request a review, obtain available records or discuss closing access.
