1.Current test charges
The test workspace uses a zero-fee simulation plan. Test balances and charges have no cash value. This is not a promise that a live service will be free.

2.Test wallet limits
The current customer test wallet has a maximum balance of ₦200,000 and a daily outbound limit of ₦50,000. Available balance, account restrictions and operation-specific checks can limit an instruction further.
Passing a synthetic Smile ID check does not raise these limits or qualify a person for a live account. The account’s current status and the confirmation screen govern whether a test instruction can proceed.
3.Timing and uncertain outcomes
There is no guaranteed payment or payout completion time. A pending operation must be resolved before it can be treated as successful or failed. Do not submit a second payment merely because a message or receipt is delayed.
For help, provide the original reference through Support. Refund requests are reviewed in context and are not a guarantee of recovery.
4.Before live service opens
Live prices, taxes, limits, the licensed account provider, custody arrangements and applicable protections must be disclosed before live onboarding. No provider arrangement, deposit protection or regulatory authorisation is implied by this website. See Service availability for the current position.
